Counselling
I work using a pluralistic approach, which is a collaborative approach that recognises every person is individual. Each client is unique, and therefore may need different things from counselling.
I am able to draw upon a variety of therapeutic models in sessions, however the basis of my practice is person-centered, meaning the relationship between client and counsellor is key. Sessions are a non-judgmental space, to explore, develop and grow, and are always client-led.
I have experience working with the following issues:
- Anxiety
- Self-esteem
- Loss & Bereavement
- Stress
- Anger Management
- Depression
- Relationship Problems
- Phobias
- Self-confidence
- Abuse
- Addiction
I work with individuals and couples over the age of 18.
Alongside my private practice, I also work with Suffolk Mind.
